Improve your Batting against Swing Bowling at S20 The Boundary
We are excited to introduce a new coaching camp taking place at S20 The Boundary with former first-class cricketer and Level 3 ECB Coach Gary Palmer!
The R66T Academy and The Palmer Batting Lab are inviting proficient and ambitious batters to have their technique thoroughly examined ahead of the start of Winter Training in earnest for the 2024 season.
With support from The Palmer Batting Lab and our experienced R66T Academy coaches, there is no better time of year to review and refine your methods and dealing with swing bowling is, of course, a must for English conditions.
The camp will take place on Friday 27th October 2023. There will be two sessions available to book.
Each session consists of 3 hours of intense batting, performance analysis with individual coaching opportunities with Gary and his team. With 4 players per net, this will ensure all children benefit from the camp as each child will be padded up in kit for the whole 3 hours.
Friday 27th October
School Years 7, 8, 9
Session 1: 10am - 1pm
Session 2: 2-5pm
Players will recieve a R66T Academy T-Shirt.

Places are limited to ensure an intense and very personal experience for both players and coaches.
Train With Gary Palmer and The Palmer Batting Lab
Gary Palmer is an ECB Level 3 Coach and former first-class cricketer who in recent times has coached world class individuals such as Sir Alastair Cook and Shan Masood. Gary has been to Australia with the England Lions and is currently working with the national teams of both Guernsey and Bermuda.
The camp can also be an opportunity for coach education whereby coaches can apply to come and view Gary’s methods first hand. Successful applicants will work with Gary and the coaching team to gain a hands-on understanding of his methods.
Gary will be available for 30 minutes after each session to answer questions from the coaches.
