The R66T Academy, alongside the Yorkshire Cricket Board, are busy preparing for the upcoming ‘R66T to Hardball’ Competition. This is a U12 State School Cricket League - which will be funded by The R66T Academy Foundation. The League is an inclusive, entry level event to encourage schools to play hardball cricket.
Moreover, it also creates a pathway into the current Yorkshire Cricket Board Chance to Compete U13 and U15 hardball events. The list of schools taking part in the Competition have now been finalised, preparation turns to the start of the event. Coaching is being set up with the schools and the plan is to run two game days in June.
